1. Services
Nexis Build provides digital design and engineering services. Specific scope, fees and timelines are defined in individual engagement letters.
2. Intellectual property
All rights in deliverables transfer to you upon final payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools and libraries.
3. Payment
Fees and payment schedules are set out in each engagement letter. Late payments may be subject to interest.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during and after the engagement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexis Build is registered.
